Terms of Service for Google Drive Integration in KINGBRAIN apps

1. Introduction

Welcome to KINGBRAIN apps (referred to as ' KINGBRAIN '). This Terms of Service agreement ('Terms') outlines the conditions under which you can access and use the Google Drive integration to back up and restore your personal health data through your Google account. By using this feature, you agree to comply with these Terms and Google’s terms and policies.

2. Use of Google Services and Google Drive API

The App provides functionality to back up your health data and restore it from your own Google Drive account. In order to use these features, you must sign in to the App using your Google account. By doing so, you:

• - Authorize the App to access your Google Drive to store backup files and retrieve them when necessary.
• - Grant permission for the App to create, manage, and delete data specifically related to your health records in a designated folder in your Google Drive.

3. Data Backup and Storage

When you choose to back up your health data, the App will upload relevant information, such as heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels, weight, and other personal health metrics, to your Google Drive. Your data is stored exclusively in your personal Google Drive account, and My Health Tracker does not store, manage, or control your data once it is transferred .

Data Ownership : All health data backed up using the App remains your property. You have full control over your data in your Google Drive.

Security : The App does not have access to any other files in your Google Drive outside of the folder created for backups. Your data is stored securely in accordance with Google’s security protocols. However, you are responsible for managing your Google Drive account and ensuring that your backup data is secure.

4. Restoring Data

You can restore your health data at any time by signing into your Google account through the App and allowing it to access the designated backup folder. The App will retrieve your backed-up data and restore it to the app’s local storage for you to access and use.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal health data is handled with the highest level of care:

• Data Collection : The App will only collect the health data necessary for backup and restoration purposes.
• Data Sharing : We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without your consent.
• Email Collection for Marketing : We may collect your email address when you sign in to the App using your Google account. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your email address for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, including the delivery of newsletters and updates regarding the App’s features and services.
• Compliance with Google’s Policies:  Our use of Google APIs and your data is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the Google Drive backup and restore feature, you agree to Google's policies.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Google Drive backup and restore feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• Backup Management: You are responsible for ensuring that your backups are regularly updated and that your Google Drive has sufficient storage space.
• Data Loss: We are not liable for any data loss or failure to restore data due to user error, Google Drive restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of the backup and restore feature at all times. In no event shall My Health Tracker be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or service interruptions resulting from the use of Google Drive backup and restore services.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App, and your continued use of the backup and restore feature will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
