Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The PEDOMETER KING™ referral program (the “Referral Program”) allows eligible users to earn promotional rewards by inviting new users to install and register PEDOMETER KING™. Participation is optional. We may refuse, reverse, or withhold rewards where we reasonably determine that referrals are not valid or violate these terms.

2. Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility

Open to registered PEDOMETER KING™ users aged 18+ (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You must have an active account in good standing.
Void where prohibited by law.

2.2 How the Program Works

A “Successful Referral” occurs only when all of the following conditions are met:

You (the “Inviter”) share your unique referral link/code from within the app.
The invitee (the “Invitee”) installs PEDOMETER KING™ via the link/code, registers a new account, and the device used for registration has never previously been registered with the app.
The Inviter and Invitee meet all eligibility criteria.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited, including (without limitation):

Using your own devices (or devices under your control) to create new accounts.
Sending your referral link/code to a device that you have already registered with the app.

Reverse device-pair restriction: If two devices (Device A and Device B) have ever been paired through a referral in either direction (A→B or B→A), then neither device will be eligible for another referral between the same two devices in the future.

2.3 Rewards

Inviter: 7 days of ad-free access.
Invitee: 7 days of ad-free access.
Cap: Rewards are capped at 50 total Successful Referrals per Inviter. We may revise this cap at any time without notice.
Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged.

2.4 Device Hash / Device Identifier Policy

A device may receive Invitee rewards only once, regardless of reinstalls, re-registrations, resets, or account changes.
To prevent fraud and enforce program rules (including the one-device-one-reward rule and reverse device-pair restriction), we may collect and use device identifiers (including hashed device identifiers and related technical signals) (“Fraud-Prevention Identifiers”).
Retention: Fraud-Prevention Identifiers may be retained indefinitely (forever) for fraud prevention, security, compliance, and program integrity purposes, even if you uninstall the app or delete your account, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Fraud-Prevention Identifiers are stored securely and are used solely for fraud prevention, security, compliance, and enforcement of these Referral Program terms.

Privacy notice: We do not use Fraud-Prevention Identifiers to sell personal data. They are used only to detect and prevent abuse (e.g., duplicate reward claims, device recycling, automated referrals, and repeated pairing between the same devices).

2.5 Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

Fake accounts or false identities.
Multiple accounts for the same person (to obtain additional rewards).
Automated scripts, bots, emulators, or referral manipulation.
Misleading statements about the program.

Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

Removal, reversal, or withholding of rewards.
Account suspension or termination.
Legal action where applicable.

2.6 Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting in the app (or otherwise making updated terms available).

2.7 Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding the Referral Program.
Our decision in case of disputes is final, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
